Responsibilities
?Process documentations prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
?Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
?Deal with employee requests HR issues, rules, and regulations
?Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data(absences, bonus, leaves etc.)
?Communicate with third parties serves
?Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
?Coordinate with candidate sand schedule interviews
?Conduct intimal orientation to newly hired employees
?Assist security to source candidates and update employees database
Education & Experience
?3 years Proven experiences as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant HR/administrative positions
?PC literacy (MS office,, in particular)
?Basic knowledge of labor law
?Excellent organization skills
?Strong communication skills
?BS degree in HR or related major
?Fluent English in both writing and Oral.
