Job Description:
1、Lead and develop the Sales team of Quality Services SBG to achieve higher market share and profitable growth.
2、Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target and end of month reports on revenue and market performance.
3、Identifying areas for expansion and business development.
4、Develop a thorough understanding of our Clients business to create a clear value proposition for customers. Implement appropriate account management strategies for designated Accounts to proactively create cross selling of our full range of Inspection services with viable solutions, to meet Clients' needs.
5、Develop and sustain high-level customer relationships. Lead / Guide the Sales team in a closure of deals with the customers. Understand and anticipate customer needs and customize solutions based on their requirements.
6、Liaise with the Inspection technical delivery teams to ensure their involvement in defining scope/resource capacity/capability and providing proposal/bid preparation support.
7、Manage the tender bidding process and ensure deal closure. Develop and manage internal processes and functions to support the Company's goals and strategies Develop and create new accounts and business opportunities within the region.
Hiring Conditions:
Qualification : BTECH + MBA
1、Have at least 10 + year’s relevant sales experience in an Industrial Inspection and Certification Field, Ideally, have a strong practical experience in Inspection Services Business.
2、Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated – must be comfortable in a target-oriented environment.
3、Proven track record in Sales, with experience in identifying Client and business opportunities including cold calling.
4、Have an established working relationship and network with our target Clients and sectors in India.
5、Self-motivated with a can do attitude and ability to work in a highly technical environment.
6、Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence Clients and colleagues to deliver excellence.
7、Good commercial awareness - in particular, analysis and interpretation of financial and non-financial information.
8、Strong experience in Bid management, ability to prepare and submit concise and effective bids and tenders to meet Client proposals.
9、Consultative sales skills: requires a balance of soft sell approach and hard sell closure.
10、Excellent time management, an individual who thrives on working autonomously.
